I ended up returning my order and did get my refund back, so I’m glad that part worked out. It just took longer than I was hoping for, and customer service did respond, but not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the process could definitely be faster. I was relieved when the refund finally came through, but waiting on it was a bit frustrating.

I ordered from shopmille.com and the shipping was quicker than I expected, I got the tracking email soon after placing the order which made me feel better because I like knowing my stuff is actually on the way.

The package ended up arriving a couple days earlier than I had in my head, everything was packed nicely enough and the box wasn’t damaged or anything so no complaints there, it was all smooth.
I’m giving it 4 stars just because the tracking didn’t really update much at the beginning so I was checking it and wondering what was going on, but other than that it was a good shipping experience and I’d order again.

Support did end up helping me sort out my order issue, so overall I’d call it a decent experience. My quick rule of thumb is that if I have to follow up, it feels a bit slow, and that was the case here. Nothing awful or frustrating, just took longer than I expected. If they replied a little quicker, it would’ve been much better.

I got my normal size, but the fit was just off. One dress was tight in the chest but loose at the waist, and a top was way shorter than I expected.
